Shipping Policy
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We ship with USPS and is currently free.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in NYC or Philadelphia, but as many of the items are treated as bespoke, they do not ship out for ten days. Your items are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. This is separate from your order confirmation email.

Return Policy
WHAT IS MIXXI'S RETURN POLICY?
MIXXI Swimwear has a 14-day return policy.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
MIXXI Swimwear reserves the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 14-day return period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) or damaged in any way. All original tags must be fully attached at the time of return.
MIXXI Swimwear is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather or natural disaster.
MIXXI Swimwear does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled prior to being scanned at a USPS facility.
MIXXI Swimwear reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
Returns are subject to a return label fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
